WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

This must be the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I returned a pair of shoes on 24th March and we are now at the 29th April and I still do not have a refund. Then they get you to do their work of phoning UPS one and a half hours of my time and phone costs. Eventually UPS took control and sorted it all out hopefully. When I'm getting this refund I do not know I have sent email upon email and no joy. Take my advice and go elsewhere for your shoes as they do not take responsibility for anything!!

Zero stars for shocking service

Zero stars for shocking service. Bought 2 pairs of shoes in December and returned them the next day. Sometime in mid January they delivered them back to me for no rhyme or reason!!!! I then re-sent them (all paperwork was correct first time as well). It arrived in Italy and still no refund!!! I contacted my credit card company and supplied all the documentation and they intervened - shortly after that I had my refund.(MID APRIL). Really frustrating and very disappointing GEOX - you need to make some urgent changes or you will lose all your customers.

Purchased a pair of Geox Respira a…

Purchased a pair of Geox Respira a number of years ago, 2012 to be exact. With the Lockdown I was clearing out cupboards and came accross them together with the receipt within them. Now I know this is a very long time ago but the shoe Shop where I purchased them closed a number of years ago and so I was going to write to you regarding the Runners, but I totally forgot. These Runners were suppose to be water proof but Unfortunately that was not the case. All childrens shoes/runners need to be tough & definitely waterproof. I know this review is late but be aware that, all runners need to be fully waterproof for children & adults alike. Thank you.

Still waiting for refund after 2 months

I bought 2 pairs of trainers that were sent via ups which I returned. The returns procedure was difficult- no printing of labels but using a bar code only. I am still waiting for the money after 1 month !!!It’s now almost 2 months, I have emailed every week and received a generic vague response. Now I’ve got PayPal involved and they are still determined to keep my money. It feels very unlawful and corrupt to keep everyone’s money. ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS ON HOW TO EXTRACT REFUNDS FROM GEOX ?

APPALLING

I placed my first order for a pair of men’s “blue/grey” trainers. They arrived from Italy and when opened were a “brown/white” pair. Rang their customer service to be told they can’t re order the correct trainers, even though it was their error and I must return them. The sizes were now limited of the pair I wanted and I was reluctant to place another order whilst this one wasn’t refunded. I also expected a discount for the error! I heard nothing from their customer service once I had emailed all the proof via photos of the in correct item sent. Then finally had an email to say they have issued a pro forma invoice and they will arrange a collection from ups. I had to return the pro forma, which sounds crazy as they sent it to me and this i did! I packaged the wrong trainers back up and put the returns label on and then waited and waited. Another 10 days go by and I’ve got to ring AGAIN! I get told that they have to wait for the pro forma invoice to be generated from their internal department. I said I’ve already had it and returned it in an email. They didn’t get the email, funny that!! I had actually emailed it three times to all their different customer email addresses, but strangely not one was received ? She then went onto tell me that once I receive the pro forma I should contact ups to arrange a collection!!! She said they don’t arrange collections, even though I have an email from “Martina” telling me she’s sent the proforma invoice and will arrange collection from her end! I said that their customer service was appalling and they blantenly lie. I emailed the pro forma invoice again and demanded that I stay on the line until she could confirm it has been received. I also asked to speak to a manager, but conveniently there wasn’t one available. So I’m now waiting for confirmation that ups will collect the wrong parcel, ( doubt it will happen without me having to call them again) and then I’ve got to wait for it to get back to Italy and then another 14 days for a refund!! We were going to order another pair and hope they arrive as the correct item, but after the appalling customer service and treatment, I would never ever give this company my money again. BUYER BEWARE

Awful experience

Awful experience. Ordered some shoes for my daughter, week later women’s shoes arrive. Sent them back, ordered again. Order has been lost somewhere, i did include all paper work. Sent emails, no reply, called customer care to Italy, no answers where is my refund. At the end I thought it would be easier to get through my bank, thats what i did. Never ever Will use them again.

Do NOT buy from this company

Do NOT buy from this company. You think you are dealing with Geox UK but the goods come from Italy and the returns and customer service function is also there. Like many others, I spent a lot of money as I ordered various sizes for myself (jackets and coats) and shoes for the kids.... (as the shops are not open, I ordered different sizes and models thinking that I could return them easily, and for free, as advertised by them.) They have a convoluted “free” returns process whereby you need a returns number before you can return an item but their website to get the number doesn’t work, when I eventually got a number, (after several emails and calls to their Italian HQ) I received the return labels but they failed to send the correct documentation to give to the courier , who refused to collect the items without a customs invoice, so had to go back to Geox and request the customs invoice ( which took several more days) and rebook the courier. This took several weeks in total. The UPS courier finally collected the parcels on 5th January but two out of three of the parcels now appear to be stuck in a warehouse (0ne in uk and one in Italy) as they apparently still do not have the right documents or customs amounts to release them. It’s been over a month since they were collected and over 6 weeks since I asked for a refund. Geox refuse to refund me until the goods are received by them but they refuse to liaise with UPS to get the goods released. This is just disgusting. They are thieves. Geox have a business account with UPS and it should be their responsibility to liaise with them to ensure they have the right documentation so that returns can be processed properly. I have sent so many emails to the company and they just keep referring me to UPS!!!! I do not have an account with UPS and can’t get anywhere with them either. I have now raised this as a legal dispute with my credit card company. Such a terrible shame as I have been such a loyal customer for so many years but I will never buy from them again. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did.

Worst experience ever. That includes being scammed by Chinese tech website.

0 stars from me as well. Ordered almost £900 of jackets and shoes online from them on 30th December 2020. Everything was posted on the same day in 2 packages. Jackets arrived on the 4th of January, all of the shoes are still missing. NO response from their online help. Raised half a dozen rickets. Only received one generic email. UPS (one of the worst delivery companies - but it is a different story) tells me to talk to Geox cos they are the account holder with them. Also i need to return some of the Jackets, but i can not generate RAN, i presume because order was not received and for that reason return option is not available in my order section of the website. Please stay away from their website. If you Geox in store by all means buy it if you like it, but do not use their website.

Would give no stars if I could

Would give no stars if I could. Terrible terrible service (or lack of). made an order on UK website and now ups asking for import taxes!! called up geox, got through to some foreign woman who informed me that from 1st Jan you need to pay taxes bc of brexit. DOESNT SAY ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT TAXES. i am going to refuse delivery and if i dont get my refund will take legal action. this is a scam of a company.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Excellent Quality and Service

Bought both garments and shoes (and for both men and women) online from Geox. Quality and fit has been spot on every time. Excellent service even with goods arriving from Ilaly. Will certainly use again.

Poor quality school shoes.

Purchased a pair of boys 'wader' Geox school shoes, through third-party shop (JL) started to come apart in approximately 5-6 weeks. Was told due to lapse in time it was wear and tear and offered 10% refund. This was not about money, it was about a faulty premium product. Geox had very little interest as not their policy to investigate faults when the matter has been handled but by no means resolved by third-parties. Surely an anomaly, when a product is meant to have a two year warranty but only when purchased directly from manufacturer. Still, we all learn from our mistakes.
